How booking works
- 1Check coverage
Enter the VIN and the ZIP code where the car is. We only offer a paid inspection where a verified inspector or partner covers that location.
- 2Pay only when it can be fulfilled
If the location isn't covered you can leave a free request instead. Nothing is charged and nothing is booked.
- 3An inspector confirms the time
A verified inspector takes the job and confirms an appointment from the times they actually offer. That confirmed time is the booking.
- 4Checklist, photos, review
The inspector records a standard checklist with measurements and photos. Our team reviews it before it appears on the VIN Passport at inspector weight.
- 5Changed your mind?
Cancel before the inspection starts and a paid inspection is refunded in full. If something went wrong, report a problem from this page.
